Not Just an App: A Real Sport Framework

At F-Class Laser Academy, we do not invent rules to slow you down or dampen your excitement. Our training system is built directly on the framework that governs official NRA F-Class competition. Why? Because when you practice under the same standards the pros compete with, your training is not just routine, it is preparation with great purpose.

Every shooter begins the same way: Unknown (UN) status. No shortcuts. No preloaded titles. Just 120 shots at Difficulty Level 1, across distances from 300 to 1000 yards, to prove your fundamentals of consistency, accuracy, and control.

The NRA Classifications: Built Into the App

Per the official 2024 NRA F-Class Rulebook (§19.15):

  • Marksman: below 91.50%
  • Sharpshooter: 91.50%–93.99%
  • Expert: 94.00%–96.49%
  • Master: 96.50%–97.99%
  • High Master: 98.00% and above

Your continuous progress applies these thresholds exactly. Score above your bracket and you climb. Drop below and you risk a downgrade. Fall under Marksman and the system will deny access to Matches, not as punishment but as a structured reset to reinforce fundamentals.

Why This Matters

Training under NRA standards does two powerful things.

First, it makes your results real. When the app shows Expert or High Master, that is not hype. It is the same scale you would face on a sanctioned firing line.

Second, it keeps you honest. There is no gaming the system. Progress requires discipline, consistency, and repeatable performance — the exact habits that separate competitors from casual shooters.

Think back to high school sports: the drills were not glamorous, but they built the strength and focus that made game day possible. That is what these rules do for your shooting. They turn living room practice into structured progress with measurable weight.

Earn, Do Not Guess

Progression is not a straight climb. Every completed 20-shot stage, ending with CeaseFire, updates your status in the app’s Performance Dashboard. Your classification can move up if you have improved or down if you have slipped.

If your score falls below Marksman, you will temporarily return to the previous Difficulty Level. That is not punishment. It is a reset, a chance to rebuild, regain confidence, and return stronger.

Only after meeting the standards (at least 90 percent of the stage score) do Pro Access levels and worldwide daily competitions unlock (in-app purchase). Ballistics, wind, and advanced simulations are reserved for shooters who are ready.

The Ultimate Goal: Earn It, Do Not Pretend It

The finish line is High Master at every distance, from 300 to 1000 yards. That is when your results stand shoulder to shoulder with the best. In reality, it is endless. To stay on top you must always be ready to complete your routine 20 shots a day, or more, to hold your place on the worldwide Leaderboard.

You must also be prepared for the next challenge, whether it is a special training level, a competition with friends, or a head-to-head match against the Top 10 shooters.

Our goal is to keep you not just sharp but eager for breakthrough moments, whether indoors across six simulated distances or outdoors on the best long ranges in real weather conditions.

F-Class Laser Academy provides the kit, precision targets, instant feedback, and stored reports. The NRA rulebook provides the structure. The rest is up to you.

Last Word

You are not just burning time. You are building a competitive record, shot by shot.

Take Level 1 seriously. Embrace the climb. Each stage is more than unlocking features. It is proof that your fundamentals are solid, your discipline is sharp, and your results are earned.

Because when you finally see High Master on your reports across every distance, you will know it was not given. You built it, every shot, every stage, every distance conquered.
