Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received it. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, please contact us at info@fclasslaseracademy.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: we will need your purchase order number to process a return. Items sent back without an RMA or without proof of purchase will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue quickly and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- We provide a full refund only for unused and unopened items in original packaging.
- Used items (still in working condition) or open-box items may be returned but are subject to refurbishment fees.
Certain items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- Paper and cardboard targets
- Non-functional or damaged items, unless proven to be a manufacturing defect
- Custom-caliber laser cartridges or made-to-order items
- Used replaceable caps for laser cartridges
- Gift cards and items marked as Final Sale
- Items returned without proof of purchase

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the product you want is to return your current item. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must still be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or denial. If approved, a refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@fclasslaseracademy.com.
