Your Questions Already Have Answers: Here’s Where to Look

  1. Start With Lyro and Blog: The Insider’s Manual
I encourage shooters to begin with my personal AI assistant, Lyro, and the Blog on our website. These are not marketing fluff or outsourced responses. I have personally trained Lyro for over a year to provide knowledgeable, accurate answers and proper initial troubleshooting before she redirects you to me or our technical support team.
Lyro and the Blog articles are filled with insider tips, real-world examples, and solutions written by the same team who design and train with F-Class Laser Academy. Think of it as your digital field manual: direct, honest, and practical.
  2. Built-In Onboarding: Always One Swipe Away
Inside the app, onboarding is always available but never intrusive. Swipe from right to left on any instructional block to see a step-by-step guide with visuals and explanations.
The four key blocks are Quick Start, Firing Range Validation, Get Rifle Ready, and On the Next Live Screen. These act as your first responders, giving you fast help exactly when you need it.
The onboarding disappears automatically once you complete Laser Zeroing, keeping your screen clear so you can return quickly to the Performance Dashboard for updates.
  3. Live Hints, Where You Need Them
Every live screen in the app has a top panel that displays your current status and action hints. During Express Setup, this guidance expands to cover the entire screen, showing you exactly how to align your phone and target.
Follow the setup instructions exactly as designed. That is the fastest way to succeed in your first session. Once you are confident, you can experiment, but remember that alternative setups promoted by other dry-fire systems are not guaranteed to deliver the same precision with F-Class Laser Academy.
  4. Apple Rules: The Little Things That Matter
Some hints come from Apple’s system requirements and limitations:
  • To reset Laser Zeroing, close and restart the app.
  • To mirror to a TV or projector, connect before tapping Start.
  • Make in-app purchases before enabling screen mirroring, since Apple ID requires internet access, or use cellular data.
  • Sign in to Game Center before starting the F-Class app. Use cellular data or a hotspot if screen mirroring pushes our app offline.
These may seem like small details, but they often make the difference between frustration and a smooth training session.
  1. Old-Fashioned Support, Done Right
We are old-fashioned in one important way: when you write to us, we can properly track your message as a support ticket to help you in the most efficient way. We are real people, not bots or outsourced scripts, but we do not answer phone calls.
Leave us a message at info@fclasslaseracademy.com or submit the Support Form. We will respond clearly and directly because we want you not just to use the system but to understand it.

Last Word
Hints are not extras. They are part of the design. From swipable tutorials to live-screen prompts, from our blog to our inbox, every layer is there to make your training smoother, faster, and frustration-free.
Start simple. Trust the system. Let the hints do their job and watch how quickly mystery turns into mastery.
